Joomlasolutions have released a nice looking Joomla template called Randomopia which is a VALID XHTML 3 column Joomla theme with collapsible right column for modules,  horizontal css driven top menu and secondary tiptop horizontal nav menu; random image header with TWO templates included: one for main pages and one for sub pages ( assignable templates through Joomla admin) includes Photoshop source file.  Instructions for template settings included.
